My goal is to find a career where I can put my varied set of skills and interests to use. By blending different forms of media together I am more able to express myself and to convey my thoughts and messages to others. Through the processes of multimedia design, I find my drive, focus, and inner energy. To me, management is a production, where I can help others channel their talents and abilities to achieve a common goal.

Over the past few years I have developed strong customer service skills through the business I have worked for. I have also honed my time management skills and my ability to think outside of the box when unexpected situations arise.

5th Force Support (Minot Air Force Base, ND)

Marketing Coordinator - Office Automation Assistant
I create marketing materials such as posters, fliers, and brochures for several on-base facilities. Through social media and the 5th Force Support website, I promote the services, programs, and hosted events of on-base facilities. I also manage digital monitor based advertisements for these facilities as well.

Customer Service Representative
I assisted customers with setting up and managing their retirement plans. Also, I helped them to navigate and control their retirement plans on their online profiles and phones apps. Additionally, I set up fund transfers, withdrawals, loans and other financial transactions based within the confines of the retirement plan services.

Grounds-keeping and Event Setup
I set up and tore down equipment for events held on the State Fair
property. During events, I assisted event staff in their operations. Also, I did general maintenance and grounds keeping of State Fair facilities.

Convenience Store Cashier
I assisted customers with their purchases in the store. During my
shifts I was responsible for any cleaning of equipment and displays
within the convenience store area. I stocked the convenience store
displays as needed. Also, I assisted the convenience store manager in
any day to day assigned tasks.

I have just recently completed a Master of Science in Management degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.9. In 2017, I completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Multimedia Studies with a Music Performance minor.

Internships
Fall 2015 and Fall 2016
I had two internships at MSU. For both internships I helped to coordinate, facilitate, and market the annual art festival hosted by MSU, Notstock. I created posters, radio, and other advertisements for the event. I also assisted in managing the various classes and activities over the course of Notstock.
Music Minor
Voice and Clarinet
My music minor comprised an emphasis in both voice and clarinet. I was in Concert Choir every semester at Minot State. My voice fach is Baryton-Martin but with a few extra notes on the low end (G2 - B4).
Production Work
For three semesters, I was involved with the campus sports show, The Sports Splurge. The positions I filled at various times for this show were camera, technical director, and sound technician. Also, I was the producer for the campus news show, MSU Inside Out.
